PORTLAND, Ore. – August 11, 2009
Artisan, specialty, and farmstead cheese makers from throughout the Northwest will converge in Portland Saturday October 3, 2009, to celebrate the return of The Wedge: Portland Celebrates Cheese Festival. The farmer's market-style event will be hosted by the Green Dragon Bistro & Brewpub in Southeast Portland (928 SE 9th Ave.). Event hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
