3 corn tortillas
1/2 cup shredded OREGON Monterey jack & cheddar cheese
Mexican seasoning
OREGON sour cream
cilantro

Lightly butter a griddle and heat to medium. Make a stack that consists of one tortilla topped with jack cheese, a second tortilla, a layer of cheddar cheese, then a third corn tortilla. Cook until bottom layer of cheese begins to melt. Turn over, sprinkle Mexican seasoning on top while second cheese softens. Garnish with OREGON sour cream and cilantro.
