4 oz thinly sliced deli pastrami or turkey ham
6 large eggs, beaten
2 cups shredded OREGON Swiss cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Lightly grease a 9 1/2 inch pie plate. Cover bottom and sides with the pastrami. Top with Swiss (or cheddar) cheese. Pour in eggs. Cover with a light layer of parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° F until eggs are set and top is golden brown, about 40 minutes. Cut into six wedges.
