Dairy Farmers of Oregon Ice Cream Churn-a-ment

An all-star group of local chefs demonstrate ice cream recipes developed to capture the taste of summer in Oregon using old-fashioned hand crank churns while they race to completion.

Ice cream lovers of all ages are invited to watch the competition and sample some of the 22 million gallons of ice cream produced in Oregon every year.
